Let CHARLES set the tempo and see how using exciting flat and climbing techniques can test your cardiovascular fitness. You will be taken from peak to peak to show you why interval training is sometimes labelled “elite” training. On the Alpine roads you will be focusing on techniques that will create a true test of strength and stamina.
THIS WILL BE A RIDE TO REMEMBER. THE TERRAIN WILL BE STEEP, SO YOU NEED TO BE PREPARED FOR WHATEVER LIES AHEAD.
