Cardio Theatre

The majority of the cardiovascular machines have their own Flat-Panel Television that can be adjusted for your personal viewing pleasure. The easy-to-use control unit can then be used to select your preferred channel and provide you with a socket for your headphones. We even provide DVD players so you can watch your favourite movie whilst you burn away those calories.

We currently have a range of channels available including Sport, News, Music, Entertainment and a selection of Radio Stations.
