REFER A FRIEND TO THE CLUB and receive a month free membership

The Offer

Any Full, Off-Peak, Social, Compact, or Gold member who introduces another Full, Off-Peak, Social, Compact, or Gold member to The Hogarth Health Club before 31 August 2008 will receive a month free membership per member (hereinafter "the gift"), subject to the terms and conditions of the promotion.

General Terms & Conditions of Promotion

*1.* The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or anything other that what is being offered during the current promotion.

*2.* The beneficiary of a referral will depend on the name provided by the new member at point of sale and should be written on the application form under source. The gift is invalid if the name is produced after the membership department has processed the application. The gift can only be issued if the new member has completed and handed in all the relevant documents needed by the Membership Department and in the case of Direct Debit members the first month of collection has gone through successfully, namely:

• A completed Application Form

• A completed Direct Debit Mandate (Direct Debit members only)

• One month collection via Direct Debit or annual payment has been received

• The Joining fee and initial payment has been received in full.

*3.* This promotion excludes ex-members of The Hogarth Health Club, partners of The Hogarth, as well as ancillary memberships including Junior.

*4.* The gift will not be issued if either the new member or current member has an outstanding balance on their account.

*5.* The gift is non-transferable.
