Chiswick Pilates Practice
Chiswick Pilates practice was founded by Gaby Lewis in 1998.
Now locoated at The Hogarth Health Club in Chiswick, Gaby and her Pilates Foundation trained team (all with a full 2 year base of training) practice in a dedicated and fully equipped Pilates studio using the finest machines from the USA.
The classes are one hour long and called semi-private classes - there are 2 clients to 1 teacher.
First appointments include an assessment. The classes are taylored to the clients individual needs, so although the hour is shared you are not doing the same exercises. Care and attention to detail is very important when exercising and that is why they operate in this way.
The quality of Gaby's team enable them to deal with a host of injuries, or challenge the fittest bodies. They can and do work along side Physios, Osteopaths and Consulatnts so clients recover and progress (if injured).
No trainers are required and clothes worn should allow the teachers to see the body's shape and alignment are essential. Pilates needs a regular commitment in order to gain full benefits from this specialized technique. The studio is open Mon- Fri 9-9pm
Chiswick Pilates Studio is the longest standing Pilates studio in Chiswick. Please call the studio on 020 89945822
