Mind body slimming coach Kate Scudellaro developed ‘Imagine Yourself Slim” in 2000, with great success in assisting people to cut out crash dieting, helping them to understand how to control their emotions and cravings around food and maximise their motivation.
This is a 6-week course running for an hour and a half each week. We will be ultimately reprogramming your mind to slim your body! With this weight loss system you can be as sceptical as you like and still lose weight. The answer lies not in the diet but in changing our response to signals from the brain, known as behaviour modification.
