Habits that feel normal to us can directly cause back pain, neck and shoulder tension, breathing disorders, stress related illnesses, and general fatigue. This course (4 or 6 weeks, see Studio Notice board for further details)will teach you how to make posture more effortless and available throughout the day through self - help. A series of gentle movement will help you to become more aware of rigidities and habitual posture that may cause pain or discomfort. All bookings made at reception (£28/4 weeks or £42/6 weeks).
